Testimonials Fella is a very attached, and probably spoiled, lab-bernese.  Even though he is six years old already he's never stayed away from either family, or a close friend.  In a panic on the Thursday before a Saturday wedding, to which Fella was not invited, I called Leigh because our sitter had cancelled.  I'm sure she could tell I was nervous to leave Fella with a new person and she set me at ease on the phone.  Explained in detail that Fella would play with new dog friends, and walk in her fenced forest area, play in the outdoor play areas, and even sleep in Leigh's house with her - 100% supervised, nurtured time.  When we arrived and saw the site we were just blown away.  There are sectioned off areas so that Fella could enter and meet the dogs gradually, play with toys, and familiarize himself with the area.  There were already a few dogs there, and a few more on their way, which may have seemed overwhelming but Leigh is clearly and purposefully the pack leader.  The dogs listen to her and follow her energetic commands.  They also got loads of exercise and playtime so they do eventually chill out.  There is no doubt Fella was a bit nervous when we left - but Leigh worked with him and he did settle in.  Even more incredibly I felt no nerves at all.  I knew that Fella was in good hands and I know he'd love to go back.  Especially now that he knows the routine.  I came in to work this morning telling people that Fella had been to a dog fun fair for the weekend.  Sincerely - Sara Place, Britannia Beach, BC. We’ve had a long relationship with Leigh from Pawsitive Adventures (about eight years now) and I cannot say enough good things about her care and genuine affection and attention towards all things furry and four legged that go woof! Besides that, she’s just an all-around great person and true asset to this community. Sincerely Richard and Erin from Roberts Creek Our 2 golden retrievers have been coming to Pawsitive Adventures for nearly 3 years for both daycare and boarding. This is by far the best kennel we have ever used and wouldn't entertain any other. The care is first class always catering to the unique needs of our 2 dogs. As our dogs are used to having freedom to roam our house, this kennel is a home away from home for them. Being very people-oriented, our dogs need lots of love and cuddles and they certainly get them here. Leigh always shows a deep personal interest in our dogs health and welfare and administers medication regularly for our older golden.. They have been to a "kennel-type" kennel before but they always returned to us highly stressed and upset from being in a small enclosure. I would heartily recommend Pawsitive Adventures to anyone wanting "extra special care" for their dogs   Shirley and Floyd Patterson Gibsons BC When we first got our Bichon/Poodle puppy at 6 weeks we heard about the Puppy Training Sessions that Leigh, was holding in the park. We joined the first session when he was 3 months old and after graduating from both levels of puppy training within 3 months, we happily ended up with one of the best socialized dogs in Sechelt. People are constantly complimenting us on Jimi-Jack, who is now 4, whenever they see him. He knows how to stick up for himself with the bigger dogs, but does it nicely, as he was trained. Whenever we spot a rambunctious or rude puppy we stop to talk to the owner and always tell them about her services. We want to thank Leigh for all her patience and hard work in not only training, but providing a full-service of daycare, boarding, etc., not to mention the Dog Food side of the business. Leigh has provided one-on-one care for so many sick or injured dogs and thinks of each and every one of them as one of "her's". She may be small but her heart is huge and we would highly recommend "Pawsitive Adventures" and any of the services that it provides.
